If you're drinking you may consume an extra 600-700 calories. A restaurant meal is anywhere from 500-1000 calories that's all the calories you expended all week! What is Saturday and Sunday like ? Family parties or more eating out? Some people after drinking binge eat or pick all day. It takes 3500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat so for 7 days you need a 500 calorie deficit.
